David comes from a background in Electrical Engineering. Having obtained his honours degree, he attained Chartered status with the then Institute of Electrical Engineers, now Institution of Engineering and Technology.
During David’s time working as an Engineer he began to explore the complementary therapies available at that time, one of which being Polarity Therapy. David was inspired by the writings of Dr. Randolph Stone DO DC who developed Polarity therapy and amazed at the results the therapy produced. As a consequence he took the practitioner training.
It was during his studies with Polarity therapy in the early 1990’s that he first discovered his passion for working with babies. David was so enthused that he expanded his therapy base by studying Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy and then Prenatal and Birth Therapy.
David has studied and attended seminars with leading teachers in the field such as Dr. Ray Castellino DC RCST®, Dr. Jim Feil DC RPP, Franklyn Sills MA, RPP, RCST, Kathryn Ukleja DO, Dr. William Emerson PhD, Dr. Allan Schore PhD, and Dr. Dan Siegel MD.
For many years he has been, and continues to assist Ray Castellino on his Prenatal and Birth Foundation courses and more recently Jim Feil on his Polarity Therapy training courses. He is a registered member of both the UK Craniosacral and Polarity associations. David is also registered as a Castellino Certified ‘Birth Process’ Workshop Facilitator.
David has a private practice offering therapy, coaching and supervision support based in Surrey and London, UK . He also works in the UK and internationally facilitating process workshops and seminars. He is committed to supporting infants, children and adults to be more of whom they really are by healing the traumas of their past.
In his work David has had the privilege to work with special needs babies and children. In particular those with severe physical issues such as paralysis and convulsions. He continues to feel in awe of what these Beings teach us.
