Thank you for your interest in attending this seminar to be facilitated by Ray Castellino. Please read through the following information and then complete the separate application form, which will be emailed to you on request...

Venue

This residential seminar is being held at Florence House, Seaford, Sussex. Seaford is by the sea and Eastbourne is to the East, Brighton to the West and Lewes to the North. There is a main line rail station which is just a few minutes taxi ride to the venue. For more information visit www.FlorenceHouse.co.uk.

Course Times

The seminar will commence on Tuesday 14th September and complete after lunch on Friday 17th September. In order to maximise yours and others benefits from the seminar you are required to attend the whole period.

Registration on the Tuesday will be from 3.00 pm. Dinner will be at 5 pm and the evening seminar will commence after that at 6.30 pm. You are required to stay until the course completes. In the event of any changes to these timings, you will be notified by email.

Meals

Florence House (FH) provide high quality home cooking by their own chefs, with quality nutritional, locally sourced ingredients. All catering is vegetarian. Special diets, including the option of a fish, meat, or chicken is available at extra cost. The meat/ chicken/ fish alternative will only be available on one of the meals on the Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday: Only one of the three, e.g. fish, will be available per meal. There will be the vegetarian option available at each meal. The additional cost is to be paid directly to FH on arrival.

Alcohol, Smoking and Recreational Drugs

Alcohol, smoking, and recreational drugs affect your ability to be present and work in the experiential exercises in the seminar. For this reason you accept that you will not have any alcohol or recreational drugs from the day prior to the seminar until after you leave. Whilst it is preferred that participants do not smoke during the seminar, we do understand that you may need to. More information will be provided where you can smoke when you are there. In line with UK law, FL has a no smoking policy within the venue.

All material provided as part of the Training retains the copyright of Dr Castellino. Copying, reprinting, publishing, etc., may only occur with the express written permission of Dr Castellino or his acknowledged representative.

Accommodation

Florence house has a mix of twin and triple bedded rooms. If you want to share with particular people let us know and if it is possible we will do it. Make a note on your application form by adding an extra sheet. Each person involved needs to include the other person/ people they want to share with on their form. If you do not name who you would to like with share, we will assign you a room and room mate(s). Accommodation request will be honoured in order of receipt of registration and payment.

Florence House

• Accidental damage policy: Participants will be held responsible for the first £250.00 of the replacement cost of any accidental

              damage, and the full replacement cost of any deliberate damage that they have caused to Florence House, its contents or

estate.

• Candles and Incense: Because of fire regulations, these are not allowed within the buildings
•  General: As part of your application, you accept all the regulations and guidelines within Florence House during your stay.

Payment Structure

The prices below are inclusive of the course tuition fee and full residential accommodation. Payments are due as stated and must be paid in full prior to the course unless otherwise agreed with David Haas by email.

There are two main payment options.

 

Option 1

Method of Payment

All prices are in UK£ and are for payments by bank transfer, cheque, and cash.Bank transfer is the preferred option where possible. Any bank transfer charges are in addition. For UK bank inter-bank fast track or BACs there is normally no charge but if in doubt check with your bank

Cancellation and Refunds Policy

a) All refunds will be in UK£ and paid by bank transfer to UK bank or by UK cheque.

 

b) The refunds will be based on the amount you paid (inclusive of the discount given) less any of the additional fees charged such as bank transfer fees).

 

c) The deposit is non refundable except as specified below:

i) If we are not able to offer you a place on the seminar

ii) the seminar is cancelled

 

d) If you cancel and the seminar fills, then you will be refunded the amount you paid less the non refundable deposit (NRD).
 

e) If the seminar does not fill and you cancel giving

i)  more than 2 months (before 14 July 2010) notice then you are liable for the NRD.

Ii) giving less than 2 months ( after 14 July 2010) and more than 1 months (before 14 August 2010) notice then you are liable for £400, which includes the NRD.

ii) giving less than 1 month (14 August 2010) of the start date of the seminar then you are liable for the full seminar/ residential cost (£595) and if you have not already paid this, it is due within 1 week of the first day of the seminar.

f) Where the seminar runs, cancellation refunds will be paid to you within 2 weeks of the first day.
 

Note that the date of cancellation is considered the date that David Haas confirms your cancellation.  If you choose to use email and you do not receive a response within 24 hours please follow it up with a phone call.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Registration Form Return

The registration form will be emailed out to you on request. We request that if possible you complete the registration form using Microsoft word and either email it back to us using the return address or alternatively use the upload facility on the contact page. If you can scan the page with your signature that would be great or if not then send the signature page in the post. With bank transfer and submission of your form electronically it will arrive sooner and registrations will be dealt with in the order they arrive.. Please contact David Haas if this is not possible.

Place Transferability

There has been some confusion regarding the transfer of the Non Refundable Deposit (NRD).. As part of the clarification  please note that the NRD and/ or the course place is non transferable.
