Venue

This residential seminar is being held at Florence House, Seaford, Sussex. Seaford is by the sea and Eastbourne is to the East, Brighton to the West and Lewes to the North. There is a main line rail station which is just a few minutes taxi ride to the venue. For more information visit www.FlorenceHouse.co.uk.

Course Times

The seminar will commence on Sunday 18th March and complete early afternoon on Wednesday 21st March 2012. In order to maximise yours and others benefits from the seminar you are required to attend the whole period.

Registration on the Sunday will be from 4.30 pm. Dinner will be at 6 pm and the evening seminar will commence after that at 7 pm.. Due to the numbers of participants to register, please arrive around the 4.30 pm time so that registration does not become compressed. You are required to stay until the course completes, which is 3.15 pm 21st March, unless agreed otherwise with Ray Castellino. In the event of any changes to these timings this web page will be changed and, if registered, you will be notified by email.

Meals
Florence House (FH) provides high quality home cooking by their own chefs, with quality nutritional, locally sources ingredients. All catering is vegetarian. Special diets, including the option of a fish, meat, or chicken is available at extra cost. The meat/ chicken/ fish alternative will only be available on one of the meals on the Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday: Only one of the three, e.g. fish, will be available per meal. There will be the vegetarian option available at each meal. The additional cost is to be paid directly to FH on arrival.

Alcohol, Smoking and Recreational Drugs
Alcohol, smoking, and recreational drugs affect your ability to be present and work in the experiential exercises in the seminar. For this reason you accept that you will not smoke, drink any alcohol or take recreational drugs starting the morning of Saturday 17th March 2012 until after the seminar ends.

Accommodation
Florence house has a mix of twin and triple bedded rooms. If you want to share with particular people let us know and if it is possible we will do it. Make a note on your application form by adding an extra sheet. Each person involved needs to include the other person/ people they want to share with on their form. If you do not name who you would to like with share, we will assign you a room and roommate(s).

There is also the option to camp at Florence House in tents or camper type vans and possibly to stay off site. As part of your registration process you have the opportunity to list your order of preference of where you wish to stay. Initially, upon registration you will be allocated space in Florence House. Once Florence House is full, participants will be offered their accommodation preference. Where applicable, refunds of overpayment will be made. Accommodation preferences will be honoured in order of both receipt of registration and payment

Florence House Regulations
As part of your application, you accept all the regulations and guidelines within Florence House during your stay. For a complete copy contact us.

Participants will be held responsible for the first £250.00 of the replacement cost of any accidental damage, and the full replacement cost of any deliberate damage that they have caused to Florence House, its contents or estate.

Candles and Incense are not allowed within the Florence House buildings.

Payment Structure
The prices below are inclusive of the course tuition fee and full residential accommodation. Payments are due as stated and must be paid in full prior to the course unless otherwise agreed with David Haas by email.

There are two main types of payment: Non-refundable deposit followed by one balance payment and payment in full. Full details are shown below.

Method of Payment

All prices are in UK£ and are for payments by bank transfer, cheque. If you wish to pay with cash speak to David Haas before making your payment. Bank transfer is the preferred option where possible. Any bank transfer charges are in addition. For UK bank inter-bank fast track or BACs there is normally no charge but if in doubt check with your bank.

Payment by Credit Card is available. Contact David Haas for pricing.

Cancellation and Refunds Policy

a) All refunds will be in UK£ and paid by bank transfer or by UK cheque.

b) The refunds will be based on the amount you paid (inclusive of the discount given) less any of the additional fees charged such as bank transfer fees).

c) Where payment has been made by credit card refunds will be made through the credit card company, PayPal, unless agreed otherwise. Refunds will be subject to PayPal’s terms and conditions in terms of fees. The amount of the refund will be based on the monies received by Castellino and in line with the cancellation and refunds policy less charges by PayPal/ Banks/currency conversion.

d) The deposit is non-refundable except as specified below:

i) If we are not able to offer you a place on the seminar

ii) the seminar is cancelled

f) If you cancel giving

i) more than 2 months (before 18 January 2012) notice then you are liable for the NRD.

ii) less than 2 months ( after 18 January 2012) and more than 1 months (before 18 February 2012) notice then you are liable for £400, which includes the NRD.

iii) less than 1 month (18 February 2012) of the start date of the seminar then you are liable for the full seminar/ residential cost that you have signed up for. For example, if you are signed up for staying at Florence House and have paid in full the Early Bird discount rate of £629, you are liable for that. If you are signed up for the non Early Bird discount rate you would be liable for (£659). Similar liabilities are for camping and off site accommodation fees where applicable. If you have not already paid the amount due, the outstanding balance is due within 1 week of the first day of the seminar.

g) Cancellation refunds will be paid to you within 2 weeks of your request in writing.

Note that the date of cancellation is considered the date that David Haas confirms your cancellation.  If you choose to use email and you do not receive a response within 24 hours please follow it up with a phone call..

Place Transferability
Note that the Non Refundable Deposit (NRD) is not transferable.

If you need an alternate format please let us know. Finally for those who are unable to complete the form electronically, a PDF version will be made available on request. You can either initial your agreement within the Registration document by typing, or by hand and then scanning the document to return by email.
